I.e. 1 piece in Economy and 2 pieces in Business/First.
But don't get me wrong, I do bend the rules myself sometimes if check in don't bother asking questions. I mean, what's the harm if I put my hand luggage in the overhead locker and my laptop bag underneath my seat? If my laptop bag is underneath my seat then it's not taking up more space on the overhead locker for other passengers.
