Well, I have no idea but lets assume, to have gold/plat you kind of need to be in workforce, likely not doing bluecollar-job. So out of those 200k actually many likely do travel for work&leisure, of course many have FFP status as well and for AY plat I doubt OP lounge>PC. But for irregular commuter without high elite status on any alliance...actually I would not be surprised of lounge being used quite a lot.
