Just be sure you declare it as food if you don't end up eating it on the flight. Or throw it away on the plane.
If you're flying into a country with a strict policy about importing meat and there's any lard in the noodles or meat products in the seasoning, you need to be sure you're honest about that. If you get a customs officer on a bad day, they'll fine you for not declaring it. And if you belong to an expedited customs and immigration program such as Global Entry in the US, that one violation could get you permanently kicked out. It's unreasonable but it does happen.
