Probably a really naive question, but should it be possible to call and get them to price, and then sell me, the connection I want? Do they charge a fee? If I can’t get the connection from the app/website, can they/do they waive the booking fee? How much is it if they do charge it?

I know I could test these things by calling myself, but I’m keen to know what the “official line” is, and what happens in practice.
