I’d like to get a one way booked up UK-US asap. The inbound I want isn’t available yet as it’s over 355 days.

If I book now and used reduced miles (the top option is 90k miles plus taxes, the option I would like is 72500 plus taxes) when I add in my return, will the agent reticket and reprice the whole ticket and allow me to select the maximum avios option which will be 180k plus taxes? Or will I have to stick to the avios level I have already selected? TIA
