- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? We booked Premium deluxe room, 1 King Size Bed, Balcony. We got an offer on an upgrade to a suite but that room had no balcony so we stayed in the booked one.

- How are the rooms? Room is nice and clean. Bed is really good and we loved the balcony. AC is easy to manage.
- What was good and what was bad?

Good: Clean prperty. Breakfast is big with a lot of choices. Staff is great. Nickie in the breakfast restaurant and Eye and Jay in the lounge are very serviceminded and polite, asking if everything is OK and so on. This is a popular hotel an a lot of things going on the whole time. Meetings, weddings and different events.


Bad: The pool is so Cold, I dont know the temp but it feels like a bath i Sweden... 18-20 C ?
- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? The lounge is good. They have a lot of choices of food and making perfekt lamb chops for example, so good. If you go to this hotel book a room so you can use the lounge.

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? In room some fruit and som candy and a welcome letter. Welcome drinks at poolbar were softdrinks, wine or some cocktails from a list.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? 800 Bath Would you return? Yes I will. I do like this hotel, the room and the breakfast. And I do love the lounge. I will be back next time in Bangkok
