I re explained that it was showing PN2 so it was not an exception I just wanted them to clear the upgrade before someone else takes it.
She said that someone else must be before us on the upgrade list (which was doubtfoul because the flight was PN1 for a few days).
I told her to check because the flight was showing PZ1.
She ended up putting me on old and confirming the seats.
So much work !
I’ve had this happen a number of times where the upgrade doesn’t clear even though the bucket is available and you have to explain that you’re not requesting an exception. It usually works out but same experience and takes time, which is annoying.
