What are the chances that there will be openings in the future? Would there be a better chance if we contact Qatar and explain to them the situation? I'm assuming a refund of the Qcredits is not possible.
Yes and therein lies the mistake. There might have been only one upgrade available. Or there were two but you had only qcredits for one from a single account. This is where you call. You can't pull from two sets of qcredits on two accounts. At least not online. Time to call and see what you can get. And HUCA as often as needed.
