My personal preference, if I can add another viewpoint, is the Exit Row aisle over the solo seat. With the person in front of you reclined 8 in. all the way back (even with the articulating pan), I found the solo seats to be a bit uncomfortable for this long of a flight. SQ is good about making folks recline all the way forward during meal times, but for the rest of the flight I found that I valued the knee-room more over shoulder-room (and hence my preference for Exit Row over Solo Seats). The solo seat on one side is also immediately ahead of the PE cabin lavs, so something to watch out for.

On my upcoming flight, I can book 41H and 42H at the moment
