I am not a user of WhatsApp. I am not signed up for it (or whatever the right expression is). Feeling a bit concerned that might end up with not getting the pre-trip message with the helpline number which has always come by text message before.
or, even worse, might not get late notification of flight change - last time that was a text a couple of hours before I was leaving for the airport. Feeling gloomy about this as it doesn't feel like a useful development.
