Had a discussion yesterday about that with the purser on an AF flight between FCO and CDG and he indicated that the trial has been pushed to April or May without further details. When it comes to KL, I had a similar chat with the purser and one flight attendant on the way back from BCN earlier this month and they had no clue this was in the plans of KLM 😃 they said, "we never did sell food or drinks onboard, everything is free for already quite some time" I felt like a weirdo for a minute informing them that was coming on KL soon...
