Emails are getting "stuck" and then eventually released in batches to the team, so more than likely your email will reach them, but it could take anywhere from a few days to a week. And if it hits them on a day they get deluged with a week's worth of emails, it will understandably take some time to respond to.
MY recent emails don't even generate the response asking for security information, but they seem to respond anyway. But, I would advise including the answers in your initial email, otherwise you may never get a response.
Are other GGLs finding very slow email response times? I emailed the priority GGL team back on Jan 8 and followed up with more information on Jan 15, but have had zero response.
If I call them are they able to look up my email and see what, if anything, has happened?
With the TP economics changing for GFL I was scrolling through past flights and found a segment in BA F that got Avios but 0 TPs. Unfortunately it is pretty old (2019) so I suspect it will be hard to get back, but I still expect a response. Even if it is simply a no or better, we are looking into it.
