I am starting to look at Delta as well. I fly internationally 3-4 times a year and am in similar situation with work travel policy and through travel agents or Concur. I asked Alaska to correct to fare paid and flown but am waiting to see if it's corrected. RT to Lisbon in business/first through paid upgrades with a whopping 2600 EQMs.
