Can't book SQ Singapore Airlines award using VS Virgin Atlantic flying club
Hi,
I'm trying to book a one-way LHR-SIN on SQ in economy. I can see availability on United, Air Canada and Singapore Airlines for the flights, but when I call the agent puts it in the system as pending and then says its getting rejected. Called again and tried with a different agent and the same thing happened again.
Any advice? Got UK Amex points so could use a different partner but seems like via Virgin is the cheapest way to redeem.
