OB is still a mess. I got a new phone and forgot to transfer the MFA using MS-Authenticator before scrubbing the old phone. I've now been waiting 10 days for a reply to my request asking them to reset it so I can set it up again on the new phone. Good that they extended all expiring points to June. Something else from BA to burn down as quickly as possible.
