Stayed here over MLK weekend right before the Texas freeze. Rooms are... interesting. We did get upgraded to a corner room, so I'm curious if the regular rooms feel even smaller -- but the sink area basically sits in the middle of the whole room and is kinda just always in the way. Toilet inside the shower, of course. The lack of door or air vents to the toilet area is annoying if you're sharing the room with another person (smells, lack of ventilation, etc.) The entire floor we were on smelled of mildew. There is a serious lack of basic ventilation in the rooms.
Breakfast was at the attached 5th street diner. Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children comped from open to close (6am to 2pm). Also available through room service from 7am-11am (not diner, just regular room service menu I believe).
Valet parking right in front of the hotel normally. When they close off 6th street, the valet moves down a block.
Welcome drinks on the 4th floor at the Mexican restaurant. They give you little guitar picks to redeem.
I'm not a huge picture taker, but I'll add a few!

Crispy duck & waffle. Waffle was very floppy/soft, but the duck was good!
