A domestic itinerary operated entirely by UA, with no change in the number of segments, is one of those cases where a simple revalidation is usually sufficient.
OP: If United’s new receipt has the correct information but the same eTicket number as your original receipt, and your reservation view on the app / website doesn’t say anything about your reservation being “out of sync,” I wouldn’t worry about it.
