When the 100K snack/meal in main was rolled out and food was preorder only I was charged by mistake a few times, but a quick email to the refund department along with the receipt (found on AS.com) was all it took to have them correct/refund the charges and reply back to me it was taken care of.
Great advice...and I just sent the email--still kinda wondering how this happened since there was only one FA handing out and charging the food and I got double-charged for two totally separate orders (different reservations).
