I’d just email [email protected] and save the charge back option for company who are more difficult (who you’ve already tried to work with).

When the 100K snack/meal in main was rolled out and food was preorder only I was charged by mistake a few times, but a quick email to the refund department along with the receipt (found on AS.com) was all it took to have them correct/refund the charges and reply back to me it was taken care of.
