I meant to write that I’m also flying on the same route on the return. So, I will be flying from KUL-NRT on MH and then from HND-USA. (Just edited my original post to reflect this.)

I'm not flying until July, so I'm wondering if the option to do CoC isn't available until I'm closer to date of departure?
