Rather than providing any source or additional support for your "data", you simply ridicule mine. Got it. You have none, it was just your uninformed opinion. Tourism in Qatar has been rising dramatically since the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Only about 12% of Qatar's population is Qatari. The rest are expats and foreign workers.

Exactly. Been in the F cabin on AA recently on a domestic flight? There are no more empty seats and it's always crowded because elites are upgraded automatically. Just a guess, but perhaps QR is trying to avoid something like that.
