Used the service several times, though not really impressed, so later on I just skipped this option. Maybe 1 or 2 times, the schedule was booked out for my (always) transit, for the rest less than 1 h waiting time.

TBH: It looks like, the "shortage" is not a lack of space, but the amount of staff. I certainly understand, a staff member doing the massages can do only 2 (or so) sessions/hour (it's pretty hard physical labor, in the end), though, having more staff to do the massages would solve a lot of the booking shortage problems, I'd say. I think, with all the sessions, I had only 1 other person in a parallel session, while there are 2 (3?) massage locations.
