When I fly internationally for work, I get to fly business class and always appreciated earning the class of service bonus. But now it’s capped at 25% when booked through concur (at least that’s how I’m reading it, and I’m happy to be wrong/corrected). So I reluctantly flew United this month to London, and I have to say… it wasn’t a bad experience.
I am also booking elsewhere where the fares are better, which is most of the time. Until AS can offer competitive fares on their OW partners, I will not be punished by their IT and management incompetence!!! Losing EQM's when AS cannot offer flights their partners offer is just punishing us for their unwillingness to give us all OW and other partner options.
