I tried to re-connect on my computer or my iPhone, did some restart, etc., it never worked.
The pass message was the only thing I could use during the flight (screenshot #2). I even tried to pay for a 5€ stream pass, just to see, it did not work.

I told the CC about it and there was nothing she could do, except have a complaint filled on her iPad, which I did, with the same screenshot.

I realized it previously happened on another travel with a connection in CDG some weeks ago, but I did not paid much attention to that, as I was not really in need for WiFi on that travel.

Did anyone here experience that trouble ?
If yes, any trick to solve this?

This has been a recurring problem for me.

End of last year it happened on at least five flights (AF and KL) when I had a connection. Things work fine for the first leg but blocked for the second.

Also happened when I pre-purchased the free pass. Not possible to activate it.

Tried all manner of things: clearing browser cache, forgetting Wi-Fi network, cycling mobile data on/off, restarting phone etc. etc. but no luck.

Now I plan to only use Wi-Fi on the longer of the 2 sectors when connecting.

PS My favourite Wi-Fi non-sense: when you are trying to connect to your account in-flight to activate the free pass and the system sends you an email to verify your identify! Duh!!!
