With few exceptions, that's generally the case. From roughly row 35 and aft, the fuselage narrows, so the seats are marginally narrower (and the window person has less space to lean over). This isn't an issue unless you or someone in your row have broad shoulders, which may slightly reduce the space you have. It's not nearly as bad as row 22 though.
