Should? I don't believe that there is a OneWorld policy on lounge access for upgrades. So what you should receive with an upgrade is whatever the airline's policy says that you should receive.

95%? Any source for that number, or did you just make it up?
Overall, Qatar Airways’ base hub handled 52.7 million passengers in 2024, up 15% over 45 million passengers handled in 2023 and the most ever for a single year. Of those 52.7 million, 12 million were point-to-point passengers, up 16% over 2023.
