I was booked on American (direct with American) from SAN to LIS for work and then paid upgrade into J both legs. Alaska only credited me 25% as fare Q. I earned more EQMs flying to SEA last week than LIS. Pretty disappointing given some of the changes this year. I never had this issue in the past on AA or Singapore with paid upgrades.
