Is anyone else experiencing when you log onto the AMEX website or app that the miles are not being posted even after the standard 5 day waiting period?

My last update was on January 8 and I have made many purchases since then and normally those miles post next to the merchant for general use on the card and I also have 2 upcoming flights that are not showing the 3x points.

Very odd.
