Shouldn't this be in the Least Substantive Complaint thread? What has surprised me is that CWS went on the escalator - he normally advocates using a lift. Never mind Petal, no doubt somewhere at Heathrow some one watching the CCTV is laughing their socks off. They probably did it deliberately - the Swine!
