OK own up who did it ? Who changed the escalator outside T5 Boots ?
As a very frequent traveller through T5 who in their right mind changed the escalator direction at boots / duty free ? I've nearly went on my backside 4 times now. Spoke to dutyfree management and they said it's a HAL issue. Sort it please. Haha


To the FT police. T5 it's BAs terminal. Hence the post and my worry for fellow travellers safety 😂😂
