Go to your AMEX account on the web or on the app.
Click on an individual transaction and you will see individual miles posted as shown on the picture I posted.
Here is another screen shot for example of what I'm talking about. A charge on my Delta Reserve Card for $12.71 and a few days later it added the tag at the bottom of this photo of 13 Delta Skymiles.
