I did look at the Toor website which implied it's opening on 07 February but on hitting the "Book" link which goes to hyatt.com it showed the amended April date.
Hotel website is still misleadingly showing a Nov 7 - Feb 28 new hotel bonus period. Thankfully it's no longer listed on hyatt.com/newhotelbonus.
