I haven't received one in weeks...my city pairs are primarily OAK/LAS and OAK/SEA.
I received one in April.
As far as free change with a travel advisory, the verbiage says 14 days. You can only make one change. But the system actually allows ONE change of
30 days if done online. Don't ask for a 30 day change on the phone because the policy is actually 14 days. This is only for travel advisory changes. Not schedule changes or delays.
