In Bali we stayed in Como Uma Ubud, Elevate Bali, Capella Ubud, Alila villas Uluwatu and Soori.
We were very disappointed with our stay at Como Uma Ubud. Service, Food & Gym were below what is acceptable to us.
View from the rooms (we stayed in 2 connecting Uma pool villas) were nice but less then Capella or Elevate.;
If we would go again we would stay at FS sayan or Amandari.
Capella is very nice, we had an amazing stay, but far from the city centre.
Elevate Bali in Munduk is really good value for money and has amazing views and good food. (but it's munduk, not Ubud)
May I ask could you elaborate a bit more on Como Uma Ubud please? I changed my plans a bit and am going to book something very similar to your itinerary, currently planning Legian Seminyak, Como Uma Ubud, Capella and then Alila Uluwatu. Could potentially swap Como Uma Ubud with Como Shambhala Estate or Elevate Bali. I was consider Uma Ubud over Shambhala as the food there looks better and seems less "wellness" oriented.
