Booking was made by a corporate travel agency. I don't think they have a QRPC account. In QR manage booking they don't offer any place to add the IB numbers and the chat didn't help with that. Finally done calling Iberia + Oro line.

It was more about how an Oro passenger can select seats if the booking is made by other and he cann't add the FF number until the checkin.
