Another point of note are the incessant OTPs via SMS or WhatsApp, and/or captchas. There are a lot of those while browsing the site - my humanity seems perpetually in doubt. Currently at 13 OTPs verifying my identity since signing up less than two hours ago.
Once you've done your one-time messing around of setting up your account you will only need OTP for logging into your Enrich account on the web. You can do it all from the mobile app without the need. Moreover, unlike some airlines you can Manage Booking with only PNR and Last Name and not a 2FA OTP which I believe will change eventually in line with best practice.
The 5% discount for Enrich members isn't contingent on any code entered at sign-up; do note though that it does not apply to deep discount Economy (Q fares) and therefore when booking far in advance where there is wide-open availability you will likely get cheaper fares without the discount ticked on than with it ticked on....the system does not prompt you that a cheaper Q fare is available and your discount is making things more expensive.
