Hi everyone so my company has booked ba flight for me back to London- however it's not the time I confirmed with them its much earlier like 5am! They said they can't change it as its all connected to company (no idea what that means). They said I'm welcome to try and change it online- but it doesn't allow me- it says please contact ba customer service. When I called them they said they can't do anything as it's booked with 3rd party travel agent (aka my company!)

Do I have any options here to come back later? I.e could i just arrive late and accidentally miss my flight - will they move me onto next flight for free? Or will there be huge penalty or fees for this- has anyone done this? What happens if I just no show completely - maybe I can just buy a new flight back - but will my company get notified that I didn't show?
