its good u did FHR. thats the venetian play. tons of benefits. or ur a casino player and u book direct. cant imagine anyone going thru hyatt channels.

did u add hyatt number during FHR checkout? i already tried FHR + adding hyatt number. didnt work. and they dont know how to add/verify when u check in. they are still integrating. TBD and YMMV. go try and keep us posted.

but i doubt it will work given how rio is set up. u never know i guess.
