Been an off and on again Hilton customer for 25+ years. In 2023, I think I had zero nights of stays, plus 10 nights from my credit card, qualifying me for Silver in 2024. In 2024, I stayed 11 actual nights plus another 10 for my credit card. I was expecting 11 rollover nights from my 21 nights credited. Instead I received 1. Do credit card nights not qualify for rollover?

Feels like I perhaps should have stayed with the pain that I’m used to at Marriott.
