I'd expect schedule changes to have no impact, just be sure to send them the original ticket receipt and mention that.
Thanks. I’m still waiting on missing miles from November and a promised credit from mid 2024 that I got email saying it would come in a few days but never arrived. My fear is that like those issues customer care just stops responding after a few weeks and it just gets left unresolved. Too many instances of this now to feel confident with all these changes.
