You get a choice if a "protein" or "vegetarian" snack box (read: meat or no meat). Recently I have gotten a roast beef sandwich with a very meager portion of meat, prosciutto and a packaged cheese crackers thing (smaller than what they sold in coach), and salami and pimento cheese spread. Usually all served with a salad, crackers, and a little packaged dessert. I haven't ordered the vegetarian one, but usually they are the above without the salami and with cheese spread instead. My advice would be to eat in the airport and take one of these if you feel like snacking.
