Some newbie questions:

To upgrade a QR flight with Avios, do I need to use my Qatar Privilege Club account? Or can you use your Executive Club and Avios you have there as well? Not sure how far along the "integration" is nowadays.

In casw the programme used is flexible (as long as we're talking Avios), are there differences in the upgrade costs between them?

Then finally, will I receive Business Class or Economy Class miles from a Y booking upgraded to J via Avios? Reading the post above, does the "14 day rule" apply tor this as well?
