Not D1, but in domestic F, has anyone noticed a lack of bread? I noticed this last fall, but again last week there was no bread on two flights.

DCA-MSP - breakfast flight. I ordered the smoked salmon from the pre-order menu. Wasn't served with any bread product.
MSP-DCA - dinner flight, I ordered a seared salmon dish from the pre-order menu. No bread served.

The trays look oddly empty without that fourth plate for a bread product. The smoked salmon was very good, but lacked something like a bagel!
I didn't see any bread products served to anyone else with different meal options.
