I just unsuccessfully tried to check in for a flight from SFO to PVR tomorrow. I had successfully verified my passport (I thought) on Airside yesterday. Today my profile had all my passport information EXCEPT my country of citizenship (USA) was gone. I fixed that first, still couldn't check in. I called in and agent first said "of course you have to check in at the counter for an international flight". When I pointed out that mistake and told her I've gotten a boarding pass to Mexico at least 3 times in the last 3 months she said "Airside isn't working any more". In any case, I can't even get a boarding pass.
