Are all of the flights ticketed with AA flight numbers? If not, you need to tell us what other carriers' codes appear on the ticket: Some AA partners earn based on pre-tax fare; others earn based on distance and fare class. What matters is which carrier's code appears on the ticket, regardless of who the operating carrier is.
