Did you actually express your dissatisfaction during your stay? If so did you escalate it during your stay if you did get the response and action to rectify the situation while on property? How long was your stay & where? It all goes into the mix whether you might receive satisfaction & potentially some type of compensation to your satisfaction. Good luck.
