Price. Class does not matter.

- Gold elite: 7 Loyalty Points per $1.
- Platinum elite: 8 Loyalty Points per $1.
- Platinum Pro elite: 9 Loyalty Points per $1.
- Executive Platinum elite: 11 Loyalty Points per $1.
