There is no bulkhesd behind the A/B and F/G seats in Row 32. However, there is a significant amount of space between Row 33 and the back of Row 32 so it's unlikely (IMO) that an occupant of Row 33 would need to grab the back of your seat.

Unlike some of the other posters I much prefer Row 33 and 34 on this plane; Row 33 is a bit ahead of the corridor between the lavatories so I've not been bothered by proximity to the lavatories.
