I also have some flights that were impacted by schedule changes so had to change dates, hopefully AS honored those for credits under the old system too.
I just sent in a request for AA flights a few days ago (by email). They seem to be rather backlogged, so it will probably take over 3 weeks to get a response. They still haven't processed another request (GGU redeposit) I sent in over 3 weeks ago.
I'd expect schedule changes to have no impact, just be sure to send them the original ticket receipt and mention that.
