The trouble is which one? Malaysia / Royal Jordanian will have some v weird customer service quirks, and I don't trust them at all.
Perhaps Finnair? TP runs are fairly decent on Finnair on partner airlines by the looks of it.
BA's Silver requirements could be easily be achieved on a comfortable, leisurely DONE3 for around 4 to 4.5k GBP (and you could hit Gold if you really went berserk as explained earlier for the same price, e.g., OSL-DOH-HND-DEL-HND-SIN-HND-HNL-JFK-ANC-JFK-ANC-JFK-LAX-DOH-OSL)
What's the cheapest you could hit Finnair Gold? And hit Finnair Platinum?
